I am a journalist with a master’s degree in journalism and public affairs and have had more than 2,000 articles published for a dozen publications including USA TODAY and daily newspapers.
I’ve worked as news editor for a weekly newspaper and general assignment reporter for a daily paper in South Carolina.
I’ve received several awards from the South Carolina Press Association and about a dozen of my articles were republished by the Associated Press.
Born in Ukraine, I speak fluent Russian.
I’ve also lived in Germany and have completed a basic level intensive German language course.
